Well we were all packed by 12pm, Mackay was our first stop as was doing the Mackay kennel club show Saturday and Sunday.After a million of road works and a detour thank to Cristina for directions we finally arrived at Mackay at 4.45pm and the grounds were a mess and no place to set up so we jammed ourself in wasn;t a bad week end Angel got BPIG both days there were her last baby shows now she goes into the big girls classes. Rodney the rooster got sad saying by to his friends
Posative they had sunglasses on to hide there tears lol. Sunday night we headed off we camped at Waverly Rest Area there was toilet but no showers , was dark by the time we arrived so gave the dogs a walk feed them and then cooked our dinner while Stan walked the dogs l cleaned up. Was very surprised in the morning when woke up that Stan had let me sleep in till 9am till l went out side to find him, sitting in pinic area pretending to read a book while watching a pretty backpacker in her bikini washing her hair haha We headed off bout 10am heading for Caliope River Rest Area .
